Musical crime reading with
Manfred C. Schmidt and Helmut Bengen
For many years, Blomberg musician Helmut Bengen and crime writer Manfred C. Schmidt from Esens have successfully staged their entertaining events in the north-west of Germany. The audience is splendidly entertained with humorous, quirky action and great music. At this “criminal” event, the two artists alternated between good songs and funny, sometimes black humorous stories. The audience can experience an entertaining evening, which, however, usually ends fatally for the antagonists of the stories. The protagonists are often typical East Frisians who are confronted with bizarre situations and whose network extends to the Sardinian mafia, which is not always endowed with great intelligence.
The well-known guitarist Helmut Bengen from Blomberg will once again provide the musical entertainment with powerful blues and boogie variations.
