The dust of everyday life…

…like an archaeologist, with a brush, very carefully wiped aside. Piece by piece. It takes patience and good teamwork to safely unearth the treasure.
Artistic creation can also help to uncover valuable discoveries within yourself. We embark on an artistic search for traces of the wonderful things that lie dormant within us and want to be found.

How does that work? We work creatively, with music, relaxation exercises and movement, also on the topics and wishes that the participants can bring with them.
