Zentangle is an artistic relaxation method that is very easy to learn. There are no mistakes in Zentangle art; there is no “right” or “wrong.” Anyone who can hold a pen can create enchanting works of art using this method. The Zentangle method was developed by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas in the United States. This introductory course covers the basics of the Zentangle® method, as well as its history and philosophy. No specific skills or prior artistic training are required.
It’s all about the creative process. Start with the first stroke and enjoy a little break from the daily stress. Inner peace and relaxation set in. At the same time, you’ll improve your ability to concentrate. Anyone can create little works of art with Zentangle. You’ll be surprised by your own creativity—which may have been hidden until now.
