In addition, the \u201cMeppen City History Experience and Information Rooms\u201d invite visitors to explore the town\u2019s history. Free special guided tours will take place at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.   <\/p>\n<p>The theme \u201cNetzWERKE: Monuments &#038; Infrastructure,\u201d issued by the German Foundation for Monument Protection, focuses this year on movement, exchange, and connections that are created or facilitated by monuments. Monuments can be networks that connect us as people in every situation in life and thus make society possible.
